Custom Build an EMR for your Group Practice

There are situations, especially in unique group practices, where we recognize that no solution will work out of the box.  For these special situations, we have introduced the Custom Build option.  We will start with our DoctorsPartner product as a baseline, and add or edit it to build a custom Electronic Medical Records system for you that does exactly what you are looking for.  Our built in flexible workflow allows us to add custom screens to the install quickly.

Custom Built EMR Pricing

Please note that our standard EMR pricing ($350 per provider per month) does not apply to this option.  The custom work will be charged at a very reasonable rate per hour (not to exceed $30 per hour).  You will only be required to pay 50% of the total custom charge at commencement of customization.  In addition, once you do go live, you will charged our standard rate per provider, plus a surcharge for custom maintenance.  This will, over time, pay for the other 50% of the custom development.

Is this a good option for every practice?

You should not be choosing this option unless you are absolutely sure that nothing will work out of the box for you.  When you want the electronic medical records system to do exactly what you want, exactly the way you want it, then this is a good option.  If you can find a solution that does 90% - 95% of what you want out of the box, then that is the route you should go.  The custom build route should be taken only when there is nothing else that fits the bill.
